To ensure a smooth and respectful experience for all clients, we kindly ask that you take a moment to review our booking and rescheduling policies prior to your appointment. Cancellation and Reschedule Policy

At Rejuvenating Massage Therapy Holistic Healing, we value your time and that of our therapists. To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, we kindly ask that you review and adhere to our cancellation and rescheduling guidelines:

Rescheduling Policy

​

  • Appointments must be rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance to avoid penalties.

  • Any prepaid amount will be credited toward your rescheduled session if the change is made within this time frame.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

​

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in a 100% charge of the service fee. The session will not be rescheduled or refunded.

  • This policy also applies to same-day bookings. If you cancel or attempt to reschedule a same-day appointment, the full service fee will be charged.

Late Arrivals

​

  • Arriving 10 minutes or more late to your appointment is considered a no-show, and you will be charged 100% of the appointment fee.

  • If you arrive less than 10 minutes late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time to accommodate other clients. No additional time will be added, and the full session fee remains due.

Prepayment Requirement

​

All appointments must be prepaid at the time of booking. This helps us reserve your session time and ensure mutual commitment.

By booking a session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy. These guidelines help us maintain fairness and consistency for all clients and therapists.

Payments & Billing Policies

At Rejuvenating Massage Therapy Holistic Healing, we strive to make the payment process seamless, secure, and transparent. By booking a service, clients agree to the following payment and billing terms:

Card on File Authorization


For your convenience, we securely store your payment information using Boulevard software, our trusted booking and payment platform. By receiving services at our practice, you authorize us to:

  • Save your card on file for future use.

  • Charge your saved card for scheduled services, packages, gift cards, and other transactions—even if you are not physically present at the time of payment.

 

Prepayment Requirement


All services must be prepaid at the time of booking. This helps us honor your appointment time and respect our therapists’ schedules.

Refunds & Transfers


All appointments, prepaid packages, and gift cards are non-refundable. They are also non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other services or assigned to another person.

Package Pricing Adjustments


If you purchase a package and our service prices have increased since your last purchase, you will be responsible for paying the difference in price for any remaining sessions.

Price Change Policy


We reserve the right to adjust our service pricing at any time. Rejuvenating Massage Therapy is not obligated to notify clients individually of these changes. Current rates are always available on our website and booking platform.

Massage Therapy Policies & Client Expectations

At Rejuvenating Massage Therapy Holistic Healing, our massage services are provided to support stress relief, relaxation, relief from muscular tension, and the enhancement of circulation and energy flow. To ensure a safe and respectful experience for all, please review the following policies.

Client Comfort & Communication

We encourage open communication throughout your session. If you experience any pain or discomfort at any point, please let your therapist know immediately so pressure or techniques can be adjusted. While we strive to make every session comfortable, we are not liable for any pain or discomfort experienced during or after the session.

Scope of Practice

​

Massage therapy at our practice is not a substitute for medical care. Our therapists do not diagnose conditions, perform spinal or skeletal adjustments, prescribe treatments, or treat physical or mental illness. If you have a medical condition, we recommend consulting with a licensed healthcare provider prior to receiving massage therapy.

Medical Information & Updates

​

We ask that all clients share any known medical conditions or injuries with their therapist before the session begins. It's important to also inform us of any changes in your health prior to future appointments. We are not responsible for any complications arising from undisclosed health conditions.

Health & Safety Precautions

​

Because massage therapy involves close physical contact over an extended period, there may be an increased risk of illness transmission, including COVID-19. We maintain strict hygiene protocols and ask clients to reschedule if they are feeling unwell.

​

Respect & Professional Conduct

​

All services provided are strictly therapeutic and non-sexual in nature. Any form of inappropriate behavior—including unwelcome comments, solicitation, or inappropriate touch—will result in the immediate termination of the session and a $500 harassment fee. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy to ensure the safety and dignity of our team.

Liability Notice

​By receiving services at our practice, clients acknowledge and accept that Rejuvenating Massage Therapy Holistic Healing and its therapists are not liable for any adverse outcomes related to the session, including prepaid services.
